Warranty

The blanket is covered by a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, counted from the delivery date.

What's covered

The heating wire, the controller and the cord, plus seams and fabric that fail under normal use. If any of these stop working, we replace the blanket or refund you.

What isn't

Wear from normal use, damage from washing against the care label, damage from using it folded or bunched while switched on, pet damage, and damage from using a voltage converter.

Making a claim

Write to us with your order number and a description of the fault, with a photo if it's visible. We'll reply with next steps.
